We’re currently looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll be answering enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, helping to ensure every customer has a smooth and positive experience. You’ll also assist with admin tasks to support the wider team in keeping operations running efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat

Processing orders, sales adjustments, and product enquiries

Providing basic sales and parts advice

Assisting walk-in customers in-store

Liaising with suppliers to meet customer needs

Completing general administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Clear and confident communication skills

Strong literacy, attention to detail, and computer literacy

Experience with Microsoft Office

Friendly, proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Initiative and willingness to learn

Reliable transport

Previous experience in customer service or retail

Knowledge of motorcycles or motorcycle parts (highly regarded but not essential)

What We Offer

Full-time role with weekday hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday)

No weekend work required
