Champion employment, training, and community growth as RAES Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Employment Services Manager to oversee our Remote Area Employment Services (RAES) team. As the manager you will be responsible for leading staff and managing the RAES contract to ensure services meet client needs, program requirements, and employment targets for Wadeye and surrounding communities. You will develop strategies to support job seekers into employment, manage case management teams, oversee compliance and build strong partnerships with employers, training providers and community organisations.

- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Ability to develop effective strategies to achieve employment outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High level of organisational and analytical ability.
- Strong understanding of compliance and government contract management.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity when working in remote and indigenous communities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in community services, employment services or related fields
- Experience in leading and managing staff teams in complex service delivery environments
- Proven ability to engage effectively with employers, training providers, and indigenous communities
- Knowledge of the RAES framework and transition from CDP (Desirable).
Other requirements
- National Police Check.
- Northern Territory (Working with Children) Ochre Card.
- Minium C class drivers’ licence.
- Northern Land Council Work permit (with assistance)
