The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery of civil plumbing projects. You’ll lead a team of supervisors, plumbers, and labourers while managing project schedules, budgets, and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do

Manage and deliver multiple civil plumbing projects

Lead and support site supervisors, plumbers, and crews

Ensure WHS, environmental, and quality standards are met

Monitor project budgets, schedules, and variations

Build strong client and subcontractor relationships

What You’ll Bring

Experience in civil plumbing, utilities, or construction operations

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of WHS and industry standards

Ability to manage budgets and reporting

Trade background or plumbing knowledge (preferred)
