About the role

Trinity DAO is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our team on a 6-month contract basis with possible extension. This strategic role will be responsible for driving comprehensive digital marketing initiatives across our entire ecosystem of six interconnected entities: Trinity DAO, TRSC, NodeNet, SiteOps, Oculus, and Animus Studios.

As our Digital Marketing Lead, you will spearhead brand development and client acquisition strategies across diverse sectors including structural engineering, IOT monitoring, artificial intelligence, and audio engineering. This remote/hybrid position offers flexibility to work from home or our office located in Milton, Brisbane, QLD.

Trinity DAO operates as a decentralized autonomous organization serving as an umbrella entity for interconnected businesses across technology, engineering, and creative sectors, revolutionizing traditional business structures through collaborative ecosystems and transparent profit-sharing mechanisms.

What you'll be doing

Lead and coordinate digital marketing strategies across all six Trinity DAO entities, ensuring brand consistency while respecting each subsidiary's unique market positioning

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage synergies between our diverse business units

Manage multi-entity digital marketing campaigns across search, social, display and email channels for construction, technology, AI, and creative industries

Conduct market research, competitive analysis and audience segmentation for each business vertical

Create compelling, industry-specific content and assets for multiple websites and digital platforms

Establish and maintain SEO strategies across all entity websites, optimizing content for diverse industry keywords

Monitor, analyze and optimize cross-platform campaign performance, providing consolidated reporting and strategic insights to Managing Directors

Collaborate with Managing Directors across all subsidiaries to align digital marketing activities with individual business objectives and overall DAO strategy

Stay current with digital marketing trends across multiple industries (construction, IoT, AI, audio production)

Develop content calendars and blog strategies for multiple brands and industry focuses

Manage brand differentiation while maintaining Trinity DAO's overarching collaborative identity

What we're looking for

3+ years' experience in digital marketing, with proven success managing campaigns across multiple brands or business units

Expertise in SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Marketing, and Email Marketing across B2B and B2C markets

Experience with multi-industry marketing preferred (construction, technology, creative sectors beneficial)

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to synthesize insights across multiple business verticals

Exceptional project management skills with ability to coordinate marketing efforts across diverse entities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt messaging for different industry audiences

Proficiency in digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms

Advanced proficiency in Wix website design and management

Experience with content management across multiple websites and brands

Strategic thinking ability to identify cross-promotional opportunities between entities
