Background:

Swift is a new self-storage business model using a completely online business platform to enable customers to seamlessly search, sign up and move into convenient, secure self-storage centres in their local areas.

Since its establishment in 2022, Swift has successfully developed and opened 15 self-storage centres. The company has recently secured institutional investment to fund the rollout of an additional 10 centres over the next three years. To support this next phase of scaled growth, Swift is bringing it’s marketing in-house to strengthen brand presence and customer acquisition.

Role Overview:

Swift Storage is on the lookout for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for enhancing our brand visibility and driving sales leads. This position plays a critical role in managing effective campaigns for both launching new stores and improving existing store occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital marketing initiatives, with a focus on the execution and active management of our Paid Search SEM strategy, across Google Ads and Meta platforms.

• Create branding content for use on social media, website updates and traditional marketing initiatives (digital display, billboards, flyers)

• Manage marketing budgets and develop a KPI reporting system to General Manager.

• Maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms while enhancing the overall customer experience.

• Champion the brand’s public relations and coordinate charity activities to enhance our community presence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong background in SEM and e-commerce strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to manage significant marketing budgets.

• Strong analytical skills to forecast trends and identify challenges.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
