About the role

As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital marketing strategy and online presence of Clean Oil Services Pty Ltd, a global leader providing oil analysis and lubrication management services to all industries. Based in Caboolture, QLD, and servicing worldwide, this full-time position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital and search marketing to amplify the company's reach and engagement across key online channels.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, and other online platforms to raise brand awareness and generate qualified leads both throughout Australia and internationally

Optimise the company's website and digital assets to improve user experience, increase organic traffic, and drive conversions

Manage and analyse website analytics, search engine optimisation, and paid advertising performance to identify opportunities for improvement and inform ongoing strategy

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align digital initiatives with broader business objectives

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge

Mentor and support the COS team to build their skills and capabilities

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital and search marketing, ideally within the lubrication and related B2B industry

Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to measure, track, and optimise campaign performance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

A creative mindset and passion for staying ahead of the digital marketing curve

Represent the company for face to face marketing expansion

Possibility of overseas travel
