About the Role

Based in Narellan, we're looking for a graduate who is passionate about building a long-term career in lending. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team and receive comprehensive, structured training designed to give you exposure across all areas of our business.

What you’ll be doing:

Participating in a structured training rotation, covering all facets of mortgage broking

Supporting our Mortgage Broker Team with loan lodgements, client follow-up and settlements

Getting hands-on experience in not only residential lending but all types of lending

Proactively engaging with clients via phone and email to drive loan progress, deliver exceptional service, and uncover new opportunities

What we are looking for:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (preferred)

A high level of professionalism and a “find a way” attitude

Adaptability to new challenges and an open mindset

Highly confident verbal and written communication skills that support effective engagement with stakeholders and clients

Willingness to learn how to manage workloads efficiently in high-pressure, high-volume situations

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Natural tech-savviness and confidence in using digital tools and software
