About the Role:

• You will be provided with qualified mortgage leads from the admin team
• Provide credit advice and prepare mortgage applications
• Accurate record-keeping with adherence to relevant regulatory requirements
• Meet sales budgets with a focus on customer objectives
• Access to offer leading mortgage products currently unavailable elsewhere to other brokers

About You:

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or Diploma)
• Credit, banking, or mortgage lending experience
• Experience working with a mortgage manager or non-bank lender (preferred)
• Positive attitude, motivated, energetic, and disciplined nature
• Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to understanding client needs and providing tailored mortgage solutions
• Solution-focused mindset, adept at analysing financial situations and offering innovative mortgage options to meet client goals effectively
• Exquisite communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent objection handling, attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a methodical approach to task completion
