The Role:
As APS5 Learning and Development Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the design, delivery and coordination of the agency’s L&D program.

You’ll be responsible for the efficient management of the LearnHub LMS and contribute to the development of resources that build workforce capability.

This is a Canberra-based role, offered as a 12-month non-ongoing contract or as a permanent transfer for existing APS employees.

Duties:

• Support the delivery and coordination of L&D programs, workshops and events.
• Manage the LearnHub LMS, including reporting, data analysis, and system administration.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with participants, providers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to update learning resources and e-learning content.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience using LearnHub (Acorn LMS).
• Strong data management and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience in learning and development, program support, or training delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide excellent participant support.
• Desirable: knowledge of e-learning authoring tools and user-experience principles.
