The Opportunity

The Role
As the Learning and Development Advisor, you will support the delivery of high-quality learning and development programs and manage the learning management system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and support the delivery of workshops, programs, and mandatory learning
- Manage program data and records to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
- Extract, collate, and analyse data, producing reports and insights on learning outcomes
- Provide user support and manage system access for the learning management system
- Work with subject matter experts to review and maintain learning resources
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in L&D delivery
- Manage the L&D mailbox, procurement activities, and general administrative tasks
The Ideal Person
You are someone who enjoys variety and thrives on balancing systems, data, and people-focused tasks. You’ll have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Your proactive mindset and ability to build collaborative relationships will ensure learning programs run smoothly and deliver value.
Experience in using a learning management system is essential, and while skills in designing e-learning content would be an advantage, they’re not required, the role offers scope to develop in this area. Above all, you’ll bring initiative, curiosity, and a commitment to supporting others’ growth.
Salary / Rate
- $84k – $94k + Super
- 12 months non-ongoing contract
- Open to s26 transfer
