Proposal & Social Media Coordinator

About the Role
MMD Recruitment is currently seeking a Proposal & Social Media Coordinator on behalf of MMD Advisory, a national project management and resourcing consultancy delivering projects across infrastructure, energy, civil, and commercial sectors.

This is a key role for someone who enjoys variety - preparing high-quality proposals and submissions while building a strong digital presence across LinkedIn and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Proposals & Submissions

Prepare client proposals, EOI submissions, and capability statements.

Work closely with project managers and directors to gather project information and case studies.

Maintain a library of templates, CVs, and marketing materials.

Ensure all submissions are professional, accurate, and on brand.

Social Media & Marketing

Plan, create, and post engaging content across LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

Promote project milestones, company updates, and team achievements.

Use tools like Canva or Adobe to design graphics and marketing materials.

Support internal and external marketing campaigns.

About You

Experience in proposals, tenders, marketing, or similar roles.

Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Familiar with social media platforms for business use.

Skilled in Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools (preferred).

Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
