As part of a small, high-performing team, you'll lead the creation of high-quality media releases, speeches, and communications strategies that support the clients key projects and initiatives. This is your chance to make a real impact while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Write compelling media releases, speeches, web and social media content
  
• Respond to media enquiries and manage sensitive communication issues
  
• Develop and implement strategic communication plans
  
• Work collaboratively across teams to support major projects and initiatives
  
• Build strong relationships with media, stakeholders, and the local community
  
• Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, independently and within a team
  
  What We're Looking For
  
• Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Journalism, PR, or a related field
  
• Proven experience in corporate communications and public relations
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to manage media issues, identify risks, and craft strategic responses
  
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  
• Experience developing content across traditional and digital media
  
• Critical thinking and sound judgement in complex communication scenarios
  
• A collaborative mindset and passion for engaging with diverse audiences
  
• Current NSW Class C Driver's Licence
