About Us: Novari Collective is a long standing and highly regarded Property Styling and Interior Design business in Sydney and Melbourne. Our expert team works closely with leading real estate agents and property vendors to create bespoke property styling solutions that result in successful sale campaigns.
Novari is seeking an Administration Assistant to provide accurate and professional administrative support to our Property Styling and Interior Design team based in Braeside.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and nurture relationships with Real Estate Agents within your designated territory
Provide exceptional customer service
Assist clients with quote acceptance and payment
Organising and tracking job files in a timely manner
Ensure all internal paperwork is accurate and timely
Monitor and respond to web enquiries
Answer incoming calls, monitor and action voice messages
Greet visitors to the office
Prepare and distribute promotional material as requested by Senior Stylists
Organise internal office events such as birthdays, farewells and service awards
Ensure the office is kept orderly and stocked
Assist the interior design team with stock checks & ordering furniture
All other duties as reasonably required that you are skilled and capable of performing
Monitor and respond to client feedback and reviews
Compile and process invoices for payment in Xero, preparing batch files for approval and execution
Support Stylists and the Operations team with various administration tasks
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative support role
Proficient with MS Office 365, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Experience using Xero highly regarded
Communicates in a professional and courteous manner
Highly motivated to exceed internal and external customer expectations
Strong attention to detail
Promptly responds to customer feedback and drives quick resolution
Conveys a professional and positive manner when interacting with customers and other external parties
Able to work under time constraints and be prepared to be flexible to meet the changing needs of the business on a daily basis
Continually focused on self-improvement and influences others to ensure quality standards are met
Communicates key information to the right people in a timely and succinct manner
Supports change and continual improvements
Proactively develops solutions to problems or difficulties
Shares own ideas and values the ideas and opinions of others
Teamwork oriented, collaborates to solve problems and recognises the impact of behaviour and actions on others
Proactively helps others and offers assistance whenever possible
