Our Client:
We are partnering with a member-focused organisation that values professionalism, collaboration, and people-first service. They are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administration & Membership Support Officer to join the team full-time and play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
The Role:
This hands-on role is pivotal in supporting both the executive and membership teams. You will manage administrative processes, assist with member services, and contribute to a professional, energetic, and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, document preparation, and formatting.
- Manage front desk enquiries and incoming calls with excellent customer service.
- Prepare legal documents for hearings and tribunals.
- Support training and induction programs, including materials and equipment.
- Organise meetings and events, including room setup, catering, and RSVPs.
- Respond to member queries, manage records, and assist with payments and refunds.
- Assist with CRM and workflow platforms; contribute to system and process improvements.
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks, travel bookings, and courier services as required.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years experience in administration or membership support.
- Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Flexible, adaptable, high-energy, and proactive
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Strong organisational skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
- Professional, courteous, and a collaborative team player.
