About the role

Method Therapy Services' is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Gladstone, Queensland. This is a part-time opportunity to work within our progressive and supportive healthcare organisation, making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs

Develop and implement customized rehabilitation plans to help clients achieve their functional goals

Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, focusing on activities of daily living, mobility, and community integration

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care

Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

Registered Occupational Therapist with a current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration

Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting

Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention planning, and outcome measurement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team

Passion for empowering clients to achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life

Willingness to work collaboratively and contribute to the growth and development of the team
