We’re starting in Australia with financial planners — and we’re already seeing rapid traction with hundreds of active users and 30%+ month-on-month growth. Backed by strategic investors, we’re now scaling toward thousands of users and expanding into new verticals and markets.

This is an opportunity to join one of Australia’s most exciting AI startups at the ground floor. You’ll be working directly with the founders to shape the future of financial services.

The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to be the front line of Paradino AI — running demos, onboarding new customers, and ensuring they succeed. You’ll be part salesperson, part guide, and part problem-solver.

You’ll spend your time:

Converting sign-ups into paid subscriptions, using demo’s and other sales tools at your disposal.

Onboarding new customers and removing any blockers that stand in their way.

Building relationships with advisers and licensees to drive adoption.

Hitting monthly and quarterly growth targets.

Helping shape our sales process as one of the first hires.

You’ll work closely with the founders — especially Alex on the sales side — and get exposure to everything it takes to scale a high-growth AI company.

What Success Looks Like

A strong sign-up-to-paid conversion rate.

Consistent monthly growth in sign-ups and revenue.

Use just the right amount of AI to help build and optimise sales and onboarding funnel.

Happy, engaged customers who see value from day one.

About You

This role is perfect for someone mid level from a sales and customer success background who’s hungry to learn, grow, and take ownership in a startup environment.

You are someone who:

Has 5+ years experience selling SaaS, fintech, or B2B software.

Thrives in an early-stage or entrepreneurial setting where you create structure and process.

Has a proven ability to build pipeline and consistently hit sales targets.

Is an excellent communicator who builds trust with ease.

Loves working directly with customers and solving problems.

Is excited about AI and the chance to reshape an industry.

Bonus if you have:

Familiarity with the financial advice/planning industry.

Industry experience isn’t necessary — what matters is drive, adaptability, and curiosity.
