Our client is an international company with a strong Australian presence distributing vital products which are used in the majority of Australian homes on a daily basis.

The Role

We have a permanent, part-time role (3 or 4 days) available with a hybrid work arrangement, offering an immediate start.

A global leader in the health and well-being industry you will work as part of a small, collaborative Payroll team which forms part of the wider People and Culture function.

The successful candidate will report to the Payroll Manager and be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including:

• Weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay cycles
• Onboarding new starters
• Payroll reconciliations
• Conducting internal audits
• Supporting and completing calculations for statutory payments
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of time and attendance data
• Preparing ad-hoc reports for the Finance and People & Culture teams

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• Proven experience in a similar role with a minimum of 5 years' experience
• Extensive knowledge of payroll practices, procedures, operations, Awards and legislation across multiple states
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• UKG Ready and NZ Payroll experience will be highly regarded
