Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for customer service? We're looking for a
Technical Device Support Specialist to join our team and provide Tier 3 support for Retail hardware and software used.
Role Purpose
As a key member of our technical support team, you'll be responsible for end-to-end site installations and ongoing support of Retail hardware and software used product lines. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure seamless service delivery, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for POS and terminal systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and onsite visits.
- Install and configure POS and terminal systems, ensuring full functionality.
- Provide training and create documentation for users and internal teams.
- Analyse support trends and proactively develop solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, IT, and product teams to improve service delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and SOPs.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2 years' experience in technical support, particularly with hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Flexibility to work after hours when required.
