From digital campaigns and social media to client activations and showroom experiences, you will ensure the company's marketing is consistent, creative, and commercially valuable

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and strengthen the company's brand positioning in the building and construction industry
• Develop and execute targeted campaigns that generate B2B demand and qualified leads
• Manage social media channels and digital content aligned with the company's reputation and values
• Translate project success into compelling case studies and client-facing materials
• Plan and deliver activations, events, and marketing initiatives with clear KPIs and timelines
• Track ROI and provide transparent reporting on performance and brand reach

About You

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally in building, HVAC, or sustainability sectors
• Strong B2B marketing expertise with success in lead generation and building reputation
• Confident across digital marketing, copywriting, and campaign delivery
• Creative and commercially mature thinker, able to identify opportunities and bring them to life
• Passionate about sustainability and aligned with the company's vision and values
