We are searching for multiple Customer Service Representatives with a positive attitude who are willing to learn for a client located in Sunshine West.

Position Details:

Day Shift:

8:30am - 5:00pm

Monday to Friday

Full time permanent position

Sunshine West Location

Salary negotiable based on experience

Qualifications & Experience:

Must have a positive, can do attitude

Customer Service Experience

Must be computer literate and or have experience with CRM software's

Must have a high attention to detail for repetitive tasks

Must have experience with purchase orders and dealing with stock/inventory

Strong negotiation and complaint handling skills

Must have a current police check

Having most recent experience with a large product range in the packaging/warehousing industry would be Highly advantageous.

Tasks & responsibilities

Handling inbound/outbound phone calls from customers

Providing information for deliveries and engaging with customers

Promote and upsell products

Processing and keying purchase orders & Invoices

Work collaboratively with other departments.
