The Role:
We're looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our Warehouse team.

You'll be the key point of contact for customers, performing data entry, providing consignment updates, resolving queries and performing invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Act as the primary point of contact for client communication

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

Data entry

Provide order updates, delivery information, and resolve issues promptly

Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of orders

Booking deliveries

Performing daily and weekly invoicing

About You:

Previous experience in Forwarding & Customer service roles preferred

Cargowise Experience highly desirable

CargoWise experience is preferred but not essential for this role

Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience is required

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments

Ability to manage priorities and stay calm under pressure

Competent computer skills and familiarity with inventory or warehouse systems

Forklift licence desirable but not essential

Australian work rights are required for this position
