What you'll be doing
Join Blacktown Cancer and Haematology Centre to deliver vital administrative support across clinical services, ensuring smooth patient care and team operations. Your responsibilities will also include:
Providing professional front line service support
Rotating across diverse clinical unit areas
Assisting with clinic and infusion service admin
Supporting radiation oncology functions
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams

Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment in a patient focused area with previous experience working with oncology patients and/or in a hospital setting
Demonstrated advanced level computer skills including all aspects of MS Office, clinical databases and MS Outlook
Demonstrated excellent attention to detail, in particular data entry processes
Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with senior clinicians and external staff effectively
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision and within required KPIโs
Experience with medical terminology, and preferred experience with iPims and other hospital patient based programs
Excellence in personal work ethics in the daily performance of administrative duties
