About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and organized Customer Care Team member to join our dynamic team.

As a Customer Care Team Member, you will support the sales divisions of our business by understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate products, planning sales consultant appointments and ensuring an outstanding brand experience. You will interact with customers, support the sales consultants, manage customer service issues, and perform administrative functions.

This role will interact with retail, commercial and wholesale customers with a focus on developing efficient processes and great customer outcomes.

Your skills will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
