Freedom Pools Adelaide is seeking a casual Customer Service Representative to join our team, working 25 hours per week with flexible hours, Monday to Friday.

Freedom Pools is Adelaide’s only fiberglass pool manufacturer, proudly designing and building award-winning pools for over 50 years. As a family-owned business, we are dedicated to providing high-quality pools that are stronger, more durable, and built to last. This role will be based at our Plympton Park display showroom, where we assist customers in choosing the perfect pool for their home.

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys assisting customers, and is eager to contribute to the smooth operation of our business.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Greeting and assisting customers in-store

Answering phone calls and handling customer inquiries

General office duties, including data entry and recording customer details

Assisting in lodging, setting up, and following up on service work

Providing backup support for sales & office staff

Uploading content to our Social Meida platforms

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Immediate availability for the right applicant

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A self-driven and motivated approach to work

Excellent customer service skills and communication

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

A quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes

A good sense of humour and ability to work well under pressure
