About the role

Mr Fresh Pty Ltd is looking for a talented person to join our POS team in Footscray, VIC. This is a part-time position, offering the perfect opportunity for a passionate florist to upskill. More than crafting stunning floral arrangements that bring joy and delight to our customers, you will be part of the exciting world of Sales/Operations, completing the loop between orders and delivery. What you'll be doing

Designing and creating captivating floral arrangements and bouquets for a variety of occasions

Capturing Australia-wide orders and co-ordinating their lifecycle thru to delivery.

Providing Quality Assurance to the new orders lifecycle

Making our POS desk the place where all customers want to be!

Ensuring exceptional customer service, offering expert advice and guidance to our customers

Maintaining the Showroom's displays and inventory to the highest standards, watering and cleaning until it shines!

Collaborating with other teams to ensure the most seamless and efficient floral service for customers

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a florist, with a strong background in the Floristry industry - you know your flowers by name and season!

Proven experience as an office co-ordinator, able to ensure orders are accurately recorded for the other operational teams to fulfil. You love Word, Excel and Canva.

Proven experience on POS systems and End of Day reconciliations, Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, you don't stop until the till is balanced!

Flexibility to work/relieve shifts at our nearby off-site locations as well as Primary location in Footscray; can do some 4am and 6am shifts.

Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delighting our clients

a great can-do attitude!
