About the role

Park Medical Group is seeking an experienced and compassionate Practice Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team in East Victoria Park, WA. As a part-time / full-time Practice Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare to our diverse patient community.

What you'll be doing

• Providing nursing care and support to patients during consultations, including conducting basic health assessments, administering immunisations and medications, and assisting with minor procedures
• Collaborating with the clinical team to coordinate patient care and ensure efficient workflow
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation
• Promoting health education and preventive care among patients
• Adhering to all relevant clinical and infection control protocols
• Actively participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a general practice or primary care setting
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Proficient in the use of medical software and technology
• A caring, patient-centric approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
