About the Role

This fantastic opportunity is for a highly motivated retail professional, to lead a dedicated retail sales team. As Store Manager at our Moore Park flagship showroom you will be reporting to the Area Leader, and take ownership to drive the store's sales, operations and overall team performance.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Driving KPI's to meet and exceed personal and store targets

Lead, inspire and motivate the sales team

Monitor and manage team performance

Executing company local marketing campaigns, and business networking

Analyse stock levels and merchandise stock to maximise sales

Shifts based predominately in store, also at our successful pop-up / plaza sites at local shopping centres when required.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, staff recruitment, training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. As Store Manager you will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude as well as:

An experianced and skilled sales closer and sales leader

Demonstrated experience in running a successful sales team

Previous experience with stock management and external suppliers

An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities

You will bring a willingness to learn new skills and an eagerness to further develop your current leadership skills

A track record of achieving KPIs and targets

7-day availability is essential
