The Opportunity
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the face of the business in Brisbane, driving new opportunities while nurturing long-term partnerships. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver end-to-end security projects that make a real impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across Brisbane.
• Preparing and managing tenders, proposals, and project estimates.
• Advising clients on the latest security technologies and integrated solutions.
• Leading contract negotiations and securing commercial agreements.
• Collaborating with technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for a results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.

To succeed, you'll need:

• Proven success in business development or sales within electronic security.
• Previous experience with a Security Integrator, Distributor, or Vendor (essential).
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate technical solutions.
• Experience with estimating and commercial tenders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A proactive, consultative approach and the ability to build trust quickly.

The Offer
An attractive remuneration package is on offer to the successful applicant commensurate with experience, including a base salary of $120,000 - $140,000, plus Superannuation, a $20,000 Car Allowance and a lucrative commission structure.
