Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

About Our Client

What you will be doing

Providing exclusive administrative support to the Licensee in Charge

Assisting with office routines, procedures, and general administration tasks

Coordinating communications and scheduling requirements

Contributing as an enthusiastic team member to ensure smooth daily operations

What you will need

Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role

Strong communication and organisational skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
