The Opportunity
We are seeking a Phone Sales Representative and Account Manager to join our high-performing sales team in our Moorabbin office. If you are a confident communicator, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want uncapped commission and performance bonuses, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Cold Calling: Reach out to new and existing customers to promote our product range and close deals
Inbound Customer Enquiries: Assist businesses with product selections, order placements, and account inquiries
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with independent retailers, ensuring repeat business
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify customer needs and recommend complementary products to maximize sales
Sales Targets & KPI Achievement: Work towards achievable sales goals with unlimited earning potential
CRM & Order Processing: Accurately track customer interactions and manage sales records in our CRM system
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share insights and contribute to sales strategies
What We Are Looking For
Proven Sales Experience: Experience in phone sales, telesales, retail sales, or B2B sales is highly desirable
Minimum Experience Required: A minimum of 1+ years of phone sales experience is required
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals confidently
Results-Driven Attitude: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and thrives on achieving and exceeding KPIs
Retail & Wholesale Knowledge: Familiarity with the Petrol & Convenience, Newsagency, or Independent Grocery industries is a plus
Strong Work Ethic: Competitive mindset with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
CRM & Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM software, order management systems, and Microsoft Office
Work Eligibility: Australian work rights are required for this position.
