We are seeking a confident and driven Showroom & Architectural Sales Consultant to join our Richmond team. This role combines showroom sales with the opportunity to develop into architectural account management.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert product knowledge and tailored recommendations in our Richmond showroom.

Build strong client relationships with architects, designers, builders, and retail customers.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing accounts.

Conduct showroom consultations, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience (showroom, retail, or account management).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.

Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organised with excellent time management.

Ability to identify opportunities and close sales effectively.

Interest or background in architecture design and hardware is highly regarded.
