YOUR ROLE

• Deliver personalised consultations, colour, cutting, and styling at a luxury standard.

• Build long-term, loyal client relationships through excellence in service.

• Manage a thriving column with confidence and efficiency.

• If you are not bringing an existing clientele, demonstrate the ability to build a loyal client base.

• Uphold an immaculate standard of presentation and professionalism at all times.

• Collaborate closely with our Director Stylist, Eliza, and learn from her expertise.

WHO YOU ARE

• Minimum 10 years qualified experience as a stylist/colourist (extensions experience highly regarded).

• Passionate and dedicated to constant growth, training, and mastery of your craft.

• Meticulous with detail yet warm, genuine, and approachable with clients.

• Thrives in a team of top professionals, no ego, no drama.

• Obsessed with delivering a five-star client experience, every time.
