Level 5 - $115,619.99 per annum (incl $20,000 Port Hedland Allowance) + 12% Superannuation
Full-Time | Permanent Opportunity
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Aquatic Supervisor to join our team on a Full-Time, Permanent basis.
This position is responsible for the supervision, aesthetics, planning and maintenance of all Town of Port Hedland Aquatic Facilities including South Hedland Aquatic Centre, Gratwick Aquatic Centre and Marquee Park. This position also requires you to conduct preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and assist in the development of detailed systems and procedures to manage the operation of the pool plant and aquatic facilities.
The position will be required to provide leadership and direction to Duty Managers, and lifeguards and ensure supervision, cleaning, and maintenance duties are completed

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
National Police Clearance
- Current 'C' class driver's license
- Working with Children's Check
- Rights to work in Australia
- Current First Aid certificate
- Royal Life Saving Society Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Possession of a Pool Manager's Certificate of Competency or other Health Department of Western Australia endorsed qualification, that enables you to operate a public swimming pool
- Current Leisure Institute of WA (LIWA) Accreditation
- Certificate to 'Operate Self-contained Breathing Apparatus in an Aquatic Facility'
