The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Mandurah. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a reputable WA company and oversee a variety of projects across the industrial, commercial, and mining sectors.

As Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You’ll be the link between project management, subcontractors, trades, and clients, ensuring efficient site operations from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Supervise daily construction activities across multiple sites

Manage subcontractors, trades, and site teams

Conduct inspections and enforce safety and quality standards

Monitor project progress and report to managers and clients

Coordinate materials, plant, and equipment requirements

Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively

Maintain accurate site records and documentation

Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities

What You’ll Bring

5+ years’ experience in site supervision or construction management

Trade or relevant tertiary qualification

Strong knowledge of WA building codes and regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

White Card, EWP, and Working at Heights certifications
