XLine Construction is a fast-growing company specialising in non-combustible, fire-rated aluminium cladding systems (Ultracore, Mondoclad, Zintl and more), as well as complete external façade and cladding solutions.

Based out of our Subiaco office (with on-site parking), we’re looking for an experienced Estimator / Supervisor who’s ready to take ownership of the role and grow with us.

About the Role

This isn’t your “standard estimating job” – it’s an opportunity to become part of building something bigger.

Prepare accurate estimates, tenders, and pricing for fire-rated aluminium cladding (Ultracore, Mondoclad, Zintl, etc.) and other façade / external wall systems.

Undertake regular site visits to ensure quoting accuracy and maintain client relationships.

Support project delivery – including assisting with project management responsibilities as our workload scales.

Work directly with the two directors on strategy, operations, and company growth.

Flexible working – split your time between our Subiaco office and working from home, with the trust and freedom to manage your own schedule.

As the business expands, we’ll bring on additional supervisory staff – but in the early stages you’ll be hands-on, wearing multiple hats, and directly contributing to the success of every project.

About You

We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial who sees this as more than “just a job” and meets the following requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in estimating and supervisory roles.

Must have working knowledge of PlanSwift estimating software.

Must have experience using EstimateOne tendering platform.

Comprehensive knowledge of commercial construction plans, specifications, and documentation.

Estimating experience within cladding, façades, or external building envelopes.

Strong knowledge of non-combustible aluminium cladding systems (Ultracore, Mondoclad, Zintl, or similar) and their compliance requirements (AS 1530.1, AS 1530.3).

Ability to produce accurate costings and detailed take-offs across medium to large-scale commercial projects.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
