The Role 🔧
Our client is looking for a skilled Senior Security Technician to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position within our Operations Department, offering the chance to step up into a leadership role, mentor others, and take ownership of complex projects.

In this role, you will:

Install, test, program & commission alarms, CCTV & access control systems

Coordinate with Project Managers/Supervisors to deliver projects on time & on budget

Provide advanced fault finding, repairs & tailored client solutions

Complete regional works – Living Away from Home Allowance (LAFHA) provided

Train, guide & support junior technicians while on-site

Role Requirements ✅

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong technical knowledge of major security/access control systems (e.g. Tecom, Inner Range Integriti, Gallagher)

Trade qualification in telecommunications, electrical or similar (desirable)

Excellent problem-solving, organisational & project coordination skills

Ability to work independently & lead a team

Licences (essential)

Current Driver’s Licence

Security Licence

ACMA Open Cabling Registration Licence

White Card
