The Role

As a Senior Business Coach at WILD, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding our clients—start-up coaches, consultants, healers, and lifestyle entrepreneurs—through the process of turning their passion into profitable businesses. You’ll work directly with clients in group and 1:1 settings, supporting them to launch, scale, and thrive.

This is a remote, full-time position offering flexibility, purpose, and a competitive package of $80K–$150K AUD (depending on experience).

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor clients to build and scale profitable online coaching or consulting businesses.

Deliver high-impact group coaching calls and 1:1 sessions with clients.

Support clients with strategy across:

Small business foundations (offer design, pricing, delivery).

Tech & systems (funnels, CRMs, automation).

Online & social media marketing (content strategy, organic + paid lead gen).

Sales & client acquisition (chat-based sales, phone conversion, scaling strategies).

Provide accountability, troubleshooting, and motivation to ensure client success.

Contribute to program development, resources, and continuous improvement of WILD’s coaching frameworks.

Stay up to date with online marketing, personal development, and coaching industry trends.

About You

You are not just a coach—you’re a seasoned entrepreneur who has built and scaled a successful business yourself, ideally in personal development, business coaching, media, or marketing.

You know what it takes to succeed, and you can guide others through the messy middle of launching and growing.

We’re looking for someone who has:

5+ years of hands-on experience in small business, coaching, consulting, or digital entrepreneurship.

Proven success scaling their own business to 6- or 7-figures.

Deep expertise in online marketing, social media strategy, and tech platforms.

Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.

The ability to motivate, challenge, and inspire others to take bold action.

A passion for personal development, transformation, and helping others succeed.
