About the Role As a Senior Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will:

• Lead and support a diverse caseload of clients recovering from physical and/or psychological injury or illness
• Act as the primary contact guiding clients through tailored recovery and return-to-work plans
• Conduct assessments such as Initial Needs, Ergonomic, Functional Capacity, and ADLs
• Collaborate with treating specialists and attend Medical Case Conferences
• Build strong working relationships with employers, insurers, allied health teams, and medical professionals
• Provide mentorship and professional guidance to junior consultants

What You Will Need

• Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Provisional Psych, Psychology
• Full AHPRA or ASORC registration
• Demonstrated experience in occupational rehabilitation and return-to-work services
• Current Australian driver’s licence and insured vehicle
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
