Position Overview

The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting with the sales, and computerised processing of our comprehensive range of Ground Engaging Tools and Replacement Parts.

Core Duties:

Provide sales support through telephone and email communication.

Handle customer orders promptly and efficiently to ensure timely processing.

Carry out occasional store duties as required for your operation.

Requirements:

Knowledge of and specific experience in the product ranges we market being a distinct advantage.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Previous sales experience is desired.

Knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health & Safety regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) desirable.

Experience in Pronto enterprise management system is desirable but not essential.

High Risk Work Licence (forklift) desirable but not essential
