What You'll Be Doing

Actively prospecting for new business through phone calls, door knocking, and networking

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Managing sales processes from initial contact through to settlement

Contributing to our team's continued success in the local market

What We're Looking For

Attitude over everything – we can teach skills, but we can't teach drive

1-3 years sales experience preferred (but not essential for the right person)

Genuine people skills and ability to build rapport quickly

Resilience and persistence – this role requires consistent prospecting activity

Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Professional presentation and communication skills
