We are currently seeking a driven Sales Assistant / Store Manager to join our team. This role offers incredible career growth – from learning the ropes in sales to one day managing your own mobile store, or even becoming a Snap-on Franchisee.

You'll work independently on the road, building relationships and making sales from a mobile tool store that you bring to your customers and consult and demonstrate tools to the customer to fulfil their needs.

🔧 Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to a loyal client base

• Demonstrate and sell hand tools, power tools, tool storage solutions and diagnostic equipment

• Operate an onboard POS and process payments

• Manage stock orders - unpacking, and merchandising

• Complete general admin duties as required

• Physically handle up to 20kg and enter/exit the truck multiple times a day

• Drive a manual MR pantech truck on a designated route daily

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Previous retail or sales experience (preferred)

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A professional appearance and can-do attitude

• Automotive background, passion for tools, or mechanical knowledge essential

• Confident with computers and basic numeracy

• Manual driver's licence essential; willingness to obtain MR licence

• MR licence must be obtained before starting employment

• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised

• Excellent time management and reliability – we can count on you

• Australian work authorisation required at time of application
