About the Role
We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to work on-site. You will manage financial records with accuracy and efficiency whilst being supported by our head office team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dedicated client environment whilst taking ownership of critical financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Receipt Management & Accounts Payable: Organise, process, and manage client receipts and vendor payments
Invoicing Operations: Track, monitor, and prepare invoicing with attention to accuracy and timeliness
Accounts Payable Management: Process and manage supplier payments, ensuring optimal cash flow management
Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
General Bookkeeping: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry, filing, and report preparation
Payroll Processing: Assist with processing timesheets, salary, and contract details for employees, ensuring everything is accurate and on time.
About You
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in an accounting practice. NDIS experience an advantage
Qualifications: Bookkeeping certification, Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent qualification
Software Proficiency: ESSENTIAL - Advanced Xero experience required.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and financial record management
