The Role

Reporting directly to the Director and Assistant Director of Senior School (Teaching and Learning), the Curriculum Support Officer (CSO) plays a pivotal role in managing the College’s academic data systems and ensuring compliance with the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA). The CSO supports the delivery of high-quality curriculum administration and reporting processes, contributing to the smooth operation of academic programs across the College.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee VET and Endorsed Program administration, ensuring accurate records and timely uploads to SCSA for All Saints’ College and The Studio School.

Manage and maintain curriculum-related databases and reporting systems including SEQTA, Synergetic, SIRS and SRMS.

Liaise with external education providers and agencies to ensure accurate and timely data submissions.

Manage examination logistics and academic testing, including WACE exams, OLNA processes, and external assessments such as PISA.

Support curriculum-related events such as Three-Way Interviews, Course Counselling Days, and Academic Award Assemblies.

About You

You are a detail-oriented and highly organised professional with a passion for supporting educational excellence through robust data and administrative systems. With strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering high-quality service to students, staff, and families. You are able to work Wednesdays and Fridays with the remaining hours negotiable across the week.

Essential criteria include:

Expertise in Synergetic (or equivalent School Management system) and Microsoft Office (including Excel and Word).

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

High attention to detail and professional confidentiality.

Current Working with Children Check.

Experience with SEQTA and curriculum reporting processes and prior experience in a school-based administrative role are highly desirable.
