The Role
As a Contract Administrator, you will be trusted with the commercial and contractual management of projects from pre-construction through to completion. Working closely with experienced project managers and site leaders, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality builds on time and on budget.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead procurement and subcontractor engagement processes
- Manage contracts, scopes, variations, and tender documentation
- Track project costs and assist with forecasting, claims, and reporting
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure clear communication
- Maintain compliance with all contractual and regulatory obligations
