You'll work closely with clients from the moment they sign their contract right through to handover, ensuring a seamless journey and exceptional experience.

About the Role
As Contracts Administrator, you'll be the key liaison for clients throughout the build process. Your responsibilities will include:

Guiding clients from contract signing to project completion

Managing the client selections process and ensuring all specifications are documented accurately

Acting as the main point of contact for all client communications

Preparing and administering building contracts, variations, and progress claims

Coordinating with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met

Monitoring budgets, cost tracking, and reporting

Supporting the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations

About You

Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within residential construction (luxury or custom homes highly regarded)

Strong knowledge of building contracts, legislation, and compliance

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident communicator who can build trust with high-end clients

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
