About the Role (12 Month Contract)

Are you a dynamic healthcare leader with a passion for delivering excellence in patient care? Oromax has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our Day Hospital team and play a key role in shaping the future of our clinical operations.

As Clinical Services Manager, you will ensure accreditation readiness, oversee the day-to-day management of our hospital’s clinical services, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, quality, and experience. You will provide strong leadership to our nursing and clinical team, foster a supportive and collaborative workplace culture, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of care.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance hospital accreditation, leading preparation, audits, and ongoing adherence to standards

Lead and support nursing and the clinical team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care

Ensure compliance with NSQHS Standards, relevant legislation, and regulatory requirements

Oversee clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management initiatives

Manage staffing, rostering, and workforce planning to ensure optimal service delivery

Collaborate with the executive team on strategy, innovation, and service growth

About You

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration

Strong background in perioperative/day hospital or acute care management

Demonstrated experience in clinical governance and accreditation processes

Proven leadership and people management experience

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Passionate about patient-centred care and continuous improvement
