As Practice Manager, you'll be at the centre of that culture. With two sites, 10 OTs, an AHA team and a dedicated admin crew, this is a hands-on leadership role where your impact will be seen and felt every day.

What we're looking for:
Practice management, office management or senior admin experience (health/allied health preferred).
Understanding of NDIS, Medicare, DVA, Icare and Insurance funding streams.
Tech savvy with practice management software (Coreplus & Splose).
Familiarity with systems (TEAMS, Sharepoint, Outlook, Excel, Canva, Sentrient, Xero).
A confident leader who can mentor staff and balance people management with daily operations.
Organised, proactive and solution-focused with strong communication skills.
Qualifications in Business/Practice Management or Health Administration are high regarded, but not essential.
WWCC & National Police Check
What you'll be doing:
Keep things running smoothly across our two sites in Corrimal and Nowra
Take charge of bookings, scheduling, resourcing and practice systems to keep the team working at their best
Lead, mentor and support the admin team, help them grow in confidence and capability
Support clinicians and AHAs in non-clinical tasks, freeing them up to focus on client care
Oversee invoicing, reporting and compliance with an eye for detail and efficiency
Be the 'go-to' problem solver, stepping in so clinicians can focus on what they do best - working with clients.
Drive continuous improvement, making systems smoother and culture stronger
work alongside the owners to provide insights, reports and support practice growth.
Visit our Nowra office (up to 1 day/week) to ensure both sites are well supported.
