Excel Packaging is a family-owned South Australian business specialising in high-quality cardboard carton manufacturing and packaging solutions. Since 2006, we’ve proudly supported thousands of businesses across SA and Australia-wide. As we continue to grow, we’re implementing new systems to further improve customer service, and we’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team.

The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support customers, production, and dispatch teams every day.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via phone and email

Prepare quotes, process orders, and track jobs through to delivery

Coordinate with production and logistics for on-time dispatch

Organise and send product samples

Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation

Support the rollout of our new MIS software system

What You’ll Bring

Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role

Prior experience in the packaging or printing industry is highly desirable

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, ERP or MIS experience a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook

What We Offer

Competitive salary, $65,000 – $75,000 + super, depending on experience
