About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Assistant Accountant who is willing to launch and grow your career within our Business.

This full-time role offers the opportunity to support the overall financial function of our business with opportunities to travel to China.

This position will suit an applicant who has high standards and an eye for detail who is looking for a long-term future with a young and growing company.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

Processing accounts payable and receivable

Maintain vendor files and records.

Issuing invoices and managing debtor follow-ups

Support payroll and timesheet administration.

Data entry, maintaining financial records, and managing internal finance systems.

Assist Project Budget Preparation and Cost Control

Accurately enter financial data into our accounting system

Providing administrative support for finance, compliance, and operational projects

About You

We are looking for a motivated, reliable candidate who brings:

Relevant experience in an accounts or finance-related role

Proficiency with Xero

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
