Are you an experienced Business Analyst ready to shape meaningful change and deliver real business value? We're looking for a Senior BA who can bring deep expertise, strong stakeholder management, and innovative problem-solving to complex transformation projects.

About the Role:

As a Senior BA, you'll play a pivotal role in driving large, multi-stream programs of work. You'll work with senior stakeholders across the business, influence decision-making, and ensure requirements are delivered with clarity, accuracy, and impact. This is more than just gathering requirements - it's about becoming a trusted advisor and helping shape the future direction of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement and relationship management, mapping influence and reducing resistance to change.
• Drive planning, resourcing, and delivery across multiple programs, including coaching and mentoring others.
• Identify and manage risks (people, operational, organisational) within agreed frameworks.
• Package and present requirements for large, complex projects, gaining consensus without the need for direction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, enabling informed decisions on transformation initiatives.
• Support the BA team and cross-program planning to ensure delivery aligns to strategic outcomes.
• Analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness and value of implemented solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst across complex projects/programs.
• Proven expertise in planning, analysis, and problem solving.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management experience at senior levels.
• Ability to balance business outcomes with risk, reporting, and governance requirements.
